Return and Exchange Policy
If the product is found to be defective or damaged, you can simply return the item within 30 days of receipt to get a replacement of the same or exchange it for a different product. You may return most new, unopened items sold by Shopping Zone other than the ones mentioned below. All merchandise returned must be in new condition with original packaging and must include all accessories / freebie supplied.
Reasons for return:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Is different from what was ordered
- Is no longer needed (not all items may be eligible)
- Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
Conditions for Return:
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags and labels. Products/Items must NOT BE used.
- Soft furnishings, like bedsheets, duvets, pillows, etc. can only be returned if they are unopened.
- All electronics, gadgets, mobiles, etc. must be returned along with all accessories and other items in the original packaging. And while returning an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Shopping Zone shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information."
- Make-up items may be returned after it has been opened if the colour of the product does not meet your expectations. However, it should not have been used.
- We regret that we will not be liable for refund for any item returned that are received by us damaged or lost in transit. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit.
The following items are excluded from our return policies:
- Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned.
- Products that are perishable in nature (Food items, chocolates, plants & flowers).
- Electronics and mobiles (including MP3 player).
- Any electronic item or gadget with a missing serial number or original seal missing cannot be returned. Mobiles phones cannot be returned if a SIM card has been inserted in the phone.
- Jewellery (including body Jewellery), Lingerie, Books, DVDs, CDs and games cannot be returned.
- All Gift Certificates.
- Factory-sealed sports collectible sets.
- Any book, e-book, software, CD, DVD, VCD and video game that have been opened/taken out of the original plastic wrapper.
- Health and personal care, and hygiene products are not returnable, including:
- Cholesterol monitors.
- Diabetic/glucose monitors
- Cosmetics, Perfumes, Fragrances and Deodorants
- Innerwear and lingerie
Items on special or season promotions and stock clearance:
The selling prices of these items have been drastically reduced. In order to enable us to provide you with such savings, we do not accept returns of the items sold under promotion or stock clearance. The product description page will clearly state that you will not be able to return such item; unless it arrives in a damaged condition or is defective.

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 5-7 days from the time of order cancellation.
